In order for you to plan your vacation without worries, we offer a free cancellation guarantee up to 3 months before arrival.

In case of cancellation up to 1 month before the agreed arrival date, a cancellation fee in the amount of 40% of the agreed arrangement price is payable.

In case of cancellation between 13 days and 7 days before the agreed arrival date, a cancellation fee in the amount of 70% of the agreed arrangement price is payable.

In case of cancellation 6 days or more before the agreed arrival date or non-arrival, a cancellation fee in the amount of 90% of the total price is to be paid.

In case of an active travel warning of your home country or a ban or lockdown in Austria, bookings can be cancelled free of charge.

We will gladly book the deposit on your next stay or return the amount to you immediately if you wish.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION

Per week and apartment 30% of the total travel price will be charged as a deposit. You are welcome to make this by bank transfer (please indicate date and name - bank details can be found below).
